Bank of Ayudhya PLC (BAY), Thailand’s fifth largest lender by assets, reported a net of 4.90 billion baht in 2008, or 0.83 baht a share, compared with net loss of 3.99 billion baht or 0.76 baht per share in 2007. Bank of Ayudhya is 33 percent owned by General Electric.
