I work for a PR company. It is quite often that we organized an event. Some times, they are very huge international exhibition like an auto show and trade show of the entire industry, and some times, they are small event such as a company’s outdoor meeting or an individual’s party.

Size doesn’t matter. Our duty is to create an event that known to the general public. Usually, we use banners to promote the event. Big event like an auto show will need a lot of durable banner that we put them around the entire city, especially in the down town and where traffic is heavy to get attention as much as possible.

In such event, my company uses vinyl banners, posters, and flyers, because they durable and can withstand bad weather even for months ahead of the event.

The vinyl canvass has another advantage. They can be beautifully painted, tailoring to our specific needs.

With such tool, we can do public relations a lot easier.
