AirAsia mulls IPO at Thai bourse
Southeast Asia’s biggest budget airline, AirAsia Bhd, said it is considering an initial public offering of its Thai unit next year amid a surge in leisure travel in the region.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Malaysia-based AirAsia’s major shareholder Sepang, whose shares are now traded in Kuala Lumpur, said the company is considering a dual listing in Thailand.
