The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has suspended trading in securities of Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) plc’s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP): CCET-W2, effective from September 2 through 28, as the company’s warrant option due to expire next month.

Cal-Comp said it would exercise the rights to buy all of CCET-W2 common shares during this September 13 to 27, effectively dissolved the warrant.

The SEC said CCET-W2 will be no longer listed for trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s electronic board after the period.
