The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) said it has allowed securities of G Steel Plc (GSTEEL) to resume to trading from 20 August, 2010 session forwards but with the Pending Notice (NP) until the company submitted its edited financial reports or confirmed that no adjustment is needed to the filed reports.

Previously, the SET has given a Suspension (SP) notice to trading in G Steel’s securities since August 17, 2010 after the company failed to submit its second quarter report within a deadline.

The company is said to have submitted the report, however its auditor failed to comment on the report, which the Securities Exchange Commission said data may not reflect the company’s intrinsic value and ordered it to complete the process.
