STA sets to list on Singapore bourse
Sri Trang Agro-Industry Plc (STA), Thailand’s leading rubber manufacturer, said it has filed a letter of Preliminary Prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for an approval to conduct sale activities of its common shares in the initial public offering (IPO) through the Singapore’s stock exchange.
The company said in a statement that the letter has yet to be finalized by the MAS, but it’ll make all required information regarding with the listing processes available at its website justifiably to the global investors.
Sri Trang Agro-Industry is pursuing Indonesia’s expanding rubber market, which it is confident to become the world’s largest production country of block rubber in a near future. A listing with the Singapore bourse will support it effort to penetrate into the world’s production hub country.
